Patient was congenitally missing teeth #7 & #11. After orthodontics, an implant crown and veneer were placed to restore the smile.
Tooth #8 had an existing porcelain fused to metal crown. It was replaced with an all porcelain crown. Tooth #9 restored with a veneer.
Veneers on teeth #'s 8 & 9 were placed to repair chipping and excessive wear (grinding, clenching, and nail biting). This patient was also prescribed a custom fitted night guard to prevent further damage.
This is a full mouth reconstruction. It involves porcelain fused to metal crowns, full porcelain crowns, an implant and an implant crown to replace a missing tooth. Old amalgam fillings were replaced with composite fillings.
After bleaching, veneers were placed on teeth 8 & 9 and the incisal edge of #7 was smoothed and rounded.
This Patient was in a car accident. Teeth #'s 9 and 7 were broken, 8 and 10 had fractures throughout. Tooth #9 required root canal treatment and internal bleaching. The patient chose to do teeth whitening prior to finalizing treatment. All teeth were restored with full porcelain crowns matching the new lightened shade.
